The package addressed above may not have posed a problem but the one in Oregon did!

What in the world would possess officers to handle an unknown package after a bomb scare? To remove it from its current location and take it to another without first analysing it via technical means is ludicrous and the Oregon incident is a perfect example. NEVER TOUCH OR HANDLE AN UNIDENTIFIED PACKAGE IN THE LOCALE OF A BOMB SCARE! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!!!
