Have you ever been in a accident with your cruiser?

Many of the Troopers I know said to me that with in the first year they had several fender benders.

Year Two, rolling to an unknown injury accident, had just passed a big rig on a two laner when I hydroplaned at somewhere near 95 MPH. Luckily, the right of way was water logged and the shoulder was like a chowder and scrubbed off all my energy. I did, however, take out some barbed wire fence.

Definitely felt like a knucklehead and was the hardest thing to get through, so far, in my career.

Lessoned learned: You don't need to be the hero, every time. Take your time and get there safely.
